Forever a burning light fading into the sky,,
A search for wisdom so far and high,
Where it begins it does end, a soul transcends,

At last, what became of this destiny?

Forward under the brightest star,
All but lost and shall our hope guide,
Into the horizon and with divinity we confide,
And inside we believe the light to shine,
In cold waters a wind's frozen rime.
A long voyage I make to fulfill this fate,
In search of distant lands where I will await,
A prophecy to be told journeys long and bold,
In the presence of light a new hope to guide.
As we leave behind the ways of the old age,
Our past to the future an evil to disengage,
Like the night the darkness to pass,
Our reflections shatter across water like glass,
And with this will to be whole again we sail,
Lands draw near as baleful winds gale.

I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian)

On ne frappe pas un homme à terre : c'est ce que dit la règle mais NONE a déjà prouvé qu'il ne les suivait pas et si son album éponyme retirait toute perspective de béatitude spirituelle, Life has gone on long enough, son deuxième opus, nous interdit l'accès au bonheur terrestre. La vie n'a aucune substance et la production plus distante le confirme. Le DSBM s'empare de textures sonores blues, mettant en relief une dépression urbaine. Les cris partent en fumées : ne restent que les pleurs...
